Penguin ordered his pets to steal a sonic device that can control birds. But instead, they brought him a device that can control bats. With the device, Penguin was able to control Dr. Langstorm a.k.a. Manbat. Now Penguin is after Gotham’s bank deposits and with the help of Manbat, he might have a chance.
