A new criminal is in town, half-man and half reptile. According to folktales, he was some sort of failed military experiment but according to some others, he messed with wrong voodoo. Anyway, he was a criminal for sure, a cold-blooded one. He was planning to flood the entire Gotham City for his notorious purposes without even caring that thousands of lives could be lost. Can Batman take him down and put him where he belongs i.e. Arkham Asylum considering the fact that he is much stronger than dark knight? Let’s find out.
