Gotham’s citizens have gone nuts. They have started stealing
goods while laughing hysterically and then throwing those stolen goods into
river. But that’s not all as the Batgirl has also joined these hysterical
maniacs and has started doing the same i.e. stealing stuff and throwing it into
river. But honestly, that’s not all either because Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson
(a.k.a. Batman and Robin) also join the party afterwards. What has happened to Gotham City’s
citizens? Is someone hypnotizing them to force them to obey his/her commands? Let’s
