Harleen Quinzell, a self-alleged doctor, hosts a
daytime TV show. But when her show got cancelled due to her frequent insane advises
and attacking Bruce Wayne, she swears to have her revenge. But there are some
people who love insane advices and Mr. J is one of them. So when Mr. J a.k.a.
the Joker saw her show got cancelled, he reveals his identity to her and makes
her partner in crime. Now the Bat Team has to stop these maniacs before they
can wreck havoc.
