Being inspired by a movie about a criminal group,
Penguin decides to create a team of Gotham’s
super villains to do the job that no one has ever done i.e. eliminate the Bat
Team (Batman, Batgirl, and Robin). So he creates a team of Killer Croc, Firefly,
Ragdoll, and Killer Moth. In order to defeat Team Penguin, Batman first has to
train & organize his own team and has to teach them the art of teamwork.
