Gotham’s three notorious criminals and Batman’s arch rivals (Joker, Penguin and Riddler) set up a bet to decide the ultimate criminal and the rightful candidate to rule the Gotham City. The bet: Capture the Batman and reveal his true identity. Meanwhile, Gotham PD Chief Rojas decides to take down Batman at all costs when Commissioner Gordon hints about allying with the Batman in a public appearance. Now Gotham’s most feared villains and whole Police Department is after Batman and Bruce has to find out a way to escape them and take down the evil trio.
